no notification of email from vfs

yestardy I applied for my visa.. and I got no email from vfs and my passport is already transferred to VAC (checked via tracking)... what should I do?

Calm down dear.
It means Your paassport has just been submitted to VAC.
VAC is place where Case officer process our file. Take a seat and wait.

If u want peculiar updates about each sections like medical, docs, etc., then link your application to online via GC key login on CIC website.
