Someone told me that you may not need to upload the decision letter from IRB when applying PR since the IRCC can use ur UCI number to look u up as well as a photocopy sent to them from IRB about your desicion, is this true??

The Document Checklist for Protected Persons PR application shows that you have to upload the notice of decision.

I'm not exactly sure about the timelines. However maybe you can use the webform and submit the docs if you feel you've missed attaching it.

You can send it by webform when you get your temporary number no worries they will ask you if they needs

Thank U so much, n one last thing mine and my spouse's address based on our government issued Ids where different and in the forms also I used this addresses but we were leaving together and I have also uploaded proof of relationship documents including marriage certificate, contact and wedding photos, do u think the difference in Address maters?

The difference in address doesn't matter, as long as the address you put in your application form is the newest one and you inform them if you move.

as others have mentioned you need a copy of your NOD to apply for PR, as you need to submit a copy of your NOD with your PR application. If you forgot to add it to your application, send it in a webform.

The difference in address doesn't matter, as long as the address you put in your application form is the newest one and you inform them if you move.

yeah but what I mean is in the background form even during the time we were leaving together our addresses were different as our IDs where issued from different districts, and another question is when sending a Webform it says you need a different number from ur UCI, what's that number and how can I get it before I receive the AOR??
