No more waiting for work permit

Dear friends
I have done 3 year diploma (2001) in architectural assistantship (after 10th) from india.
I am planning to do a post secondary diploma in Architectural technician (2 yr / 4 sem) from Ontario province.
My question is what are my prospectives of getting PR.
Would I be able to get PR after doing this diploma thru PNP / AEO from Ontario. Pls tell me the process if Yes.

The new rules take effect June 1st.
Those who start studying in may have to wait until June 1st.
Those who start in September 2014 don't have to wait.
Those who started jan 2014, have to wait until June 1st.
Those who started studying Sept 2013 have to wait until march 2014 before they can apply for a work permit.

Exactly but it is not updated on CIC site yet.
I guess they will do this in near JUNE.
I do have a couple of years of experience in internet marketing and interest in any job offer in overseas country to get work in the same field. I have worked with best firms and have done a lot of hard work to polish my skills.
