Is that true that now no CIC office will use either the simplified or the regular application? Is there only one application for all offices?

True, there is only one application. Where you have to send it and whether you send documents depends on if your job is on the list of 38 or not.

You can find all the forms at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp It's the same application forms for all skilled worker but the procedure is different depending on which category you are in, that is where you send it, what documents you send with it etc. It's listed in the application guide at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG73.asp and http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG76.asp
