Hello! I'm new to this forum and am already starting with a question!
Hope it doesn't upset anyone and hopefully, if a solution is presented, it'd help someone in the future!
My passport contains a middle name.
My Express Entry FSW application contains a middle name.
My job offer letter contains a middle name.
My LMIA does not contain a middle name.
All other data, such as dates, responsibilities, job titles, etc matches.
Would the assessing immigration official find it a problem? Is not having a middle name on an LMIA considered a disparity and a mismatch? Would that LMIA be considered invalid?
I'm quite keen to hear if anyone else had this problem and whether, in your experience, this caused any problems.
Many thanks!
