NO MESSAGE ON ACCOUNT AFTER VISA APPROVAL

My mother in law's visitor visa got approved. She already has her passport stamped and returned.
But in the portal, the status still says submitted. Also it mentions to check message but there is no message (probably of the permit). Anyone else faced the same situation ? In addition to the passport, does she need the permit of visitor as well ?

my in-laws took few days to update the status even after receiving back stamped passport…just go through the visa stamped, if its v-1 visa and have enough validity, you are well n good
