Hi,
basically you can contact a MP of your area and ask him/her for help. He/she can request an info about your case from CIC and let you know about it.

I think it is too early to involve MP in the process as long as application didn't cross average timeline (13 months).

it doesn't matter....not necessary to wait for 13 months, iam 11 months and did contact my MP. now it depends on the Mp's officer...if hes a good guy he would disclose the truth ..

don't worry same here I send them RCMP in Feb but still waiting for medical its been 15 month . after 13 month I went to MP office but he told me to wait for 2 more month . that 2 months are over too

contact your MP again, send him a detailed email, that all you can do, apply for GCMS notes.
