Thank you for your help a lot. So aftermath in my case, I have to stick with the profile which is active now and was created on Jan 25, 2018.
The only way is to improve the score by IELTS OR to wait for other rounds for a decrease in score for ITA
Sorry to bother you guys, one of my friend created his profile on April 13, 2018. scoring with 443 CRS points in CEC class and he got ITA in next draw on April 25, 2018. which was at 441 as the cutoff.so, how is the tie-breaking rule applied here is this just because he as 443 and were cut off was at 441 CRS points.

Tie-breaker rule is applied to profile which are at the cut-off score. Since the cut-off was 441, all the profiles with 441 were ranked based on the profile creation date and the ones as per the tie-breaker rule were selected. All the profile with 442 or more CRS were already at higher ranking in pool, so they were selected anyway.
