Hello everyone,

Hope you guys doing great.!

I have CRS 441 points in express entry and I haven't received ITA yet twice as last two draws for 441 points.
I just filled a web form and filed a concern with IRCC as per suggestion of CIC agent this morning for not receiving ITA.

Please suggest me, I am almost dying and literally worried.

Humble to everyone for suggestions.

Thanks,
Vedh

Tiebreaking rule. When did you create your profile?

Oh, I was just looking down in depth now on the tie-breaking rule when you mentioned, which I wasn't aware of. Please suggest what is the best tie-breaking rule or situation that I would get an ITA, thanks alot.!

Yes, because of the tie breaker rule. It's better to wait I am sure the cut of might decrease in next draw. Or if it is at 441 or more than you have to wait for few more draws

You just have to wait .. IRCC decide the tie breaking rule .. Or if you can increase your score ..

So please suggest, actually I first applied/created my profile on March 21, 2017. As that profile became expired due to the expiration of IELTS score.

I created a new profile on Jan 26, 2018. with new IELTS score. Please please suggest is it good to update an old profile with new IELTS scores and withdraw existing one created on Jan 26th (with new ielts) or just carry on and wait for the tie-breaking rule on next draws.

Thanks a lot.

That really depends on you... If you can improve your ielts score significantly which increases your points then go ahead... Ur profile is in the pool anyway so if you want while you're waiting for ITA go for another IELTS

Your score is really on the edge .. Frustrating I know but hopefully you'll be invited in the next 2 draws even with current score

Best of luck

i think the old profile that you created in March is already expired since it is more than 1 year old. what you can do now is to improve your IELTS to increase your score.

So does IRCC take the date of which the profile was originally created into count for sending ITA based on tie-breaking rule OR will it take the date we updated lately (the most recent updated) as the date? Please answer this please. thanks!
