No IELTS still got admission..please help me?

No ielts still got admission in ms concordia university. Once i got refusal but there were nothing about IELTS. So i reapplied for visa. i applied in ISlamabad CHC. Is there will be any problem for me in getting visa????????please guide me

No, IELTS won't be a problem.

I think he got refusal based on home ties and source of income

1)u have nt satisfied me that u wil leave canada
2)insufficient financial resources
3)limited job employement in pakistan
They have not mention IELTS as refusal. Even my Bank statement was quite satisfactory it was 50lac.

First and last point are interrelated, for this u have to show Job,good academic standings, relatives and property.
For second point u have to show source of income, if some one is sponsoring u then his business documents , ITR and salary slips. Or if u have sold some property then it's sale deed etc.

As far as I know Ielts is requirement of University not by the CHC.
If you got visa then I think It does not matter.

IELTS is for english spoken states. Therefore it is not a compulsion as a lot of consultants offer study visas / admissions without ielts as well. BUT it increases your chances of getting visa stamped. Otherwise you have to enroll in english learning subjects first.
