Yes, my two friends got AOR without submitting IELTS along with initial application. IELTS result can be submitted after you receive file number under QSW.

That's great. I am only waiting for my IELTS, which will take 3-4 more weeks.. Do you suggest that i apply with all the other documents and leave IELTS? THey wont reject it?

Are you asking about FSW?

If so, your application will be automatically refused without IELTS.

Apparently they are talking about QSW.

People who aren't talking about FSW really need to specify carefully so they get the right advice.

I suggest you send your documents first. After you receive your result in IELTS, send it immediately to Montreal ) I think they have a form for that. ))
