No file number from Alberta under H1B visa holder cat - applied sep'09

Hi all,

I have applied to Alberta under H1B visa holder category last year in September and haven't received any file number yet. I am an non-IT guy. Did any of the folks in this forum apply around that time line? Please share your status!

Come on guys....!!! I applied in May and haven't got a file# (Non-IT) ...and no one who applied in late April or May has got file#'s ... so just have patients !!!

My husband also applied under the H1-B cat. on Nov/2009, he is not an IT either. No file, no letter, nothing at all. I've been checking the notification dates within this forum and the average is about 8 m. That's is so sad. :-[

I also applied in non IT (2242) in May 2009, but never heard anything now I heard that Alberta is shutting down PNP?

I applied on the month of June 2009 and haven't got any information till now. I am also Non-IT. Is the news true about AINP-H1B shutting down.

Hi,

I was also in same situation. Apllied on Oct 30th, 2009 NOC 2131 and was no response till last friday.
I called in and told them regarding my filing and they mentioned first, that we haven't received any
application from you and lateron after receiving receipts and tracking number from myside they
located my file and isued me File Number,

All of us who applied in last Quarter of last year I guess we should be in contact under this heading
for further or any updates form any body falling in same time frame.
