No extra 30 points for Canadian Education

Hi all,

Came across this issue when creating new profile in EE.
I withdrew my old profile because of no "CONTINUE" button bug.

Here's what I have in the education/language form:

Has wlj0918 finished high school or any higher education : YES
FULL TIME : YES
Standing at the end of study period: Certificate or diploma or degree awarded
Country of study: Canada
Level of education: Bachelor's degree
Was wlj0918 awarded a Canadian degree: YES
Was this degree, diploma or certificate from a public post-secondary school, such as a college: YES
DLI: O19395535729
Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses: YES
Did wlj0918 study in Canada based on an award that required them to go back to their home country: NO

Once I finalized everything(all forms transmitted and EE profile submitted), the score doesn't have the 30 extra points for Canadian education.

Does anyone get same issue as I do? Any help would be appreciated.

It is asking if you took ESL or FSL courses as part of your degree (courses to learn/improve your English or French)

The answer should be no.

Thank you for pointing this out - I've updated my profile. I'll comment again once system processes my update.

Profile shows "Submitted" - no change to the score.

You have to be patient for some people it has taken over 48hrs to see a change.

If you want a quick solution apparently withdrawing your current profile and creating a new one will reflect the changes immediately.

OMG - recreating profile does the trick. It didn't work the first time I recreated, maybe cause I put wrong info (the one you point out about second language courses).

Truly appreciate your quick reply and help, hero member indeed.

I am facing the same problem. I resubmitted my profile and even on the profile update I see no score change - neither for the Job Offer nor Canadian Education.
Anyone got awarded 50 points for the Job Letter and 30 for the Canadian Education ??

Any help is much appreciated.

Did you choose "yes" by any chance to this question? "Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses"
