My spouse has also applied for an open work permit for the same period as i study. How much time does it usually take to get a study permit after the medicals have been submitted?

it takes around 4-5 days for the reports to be processed and be sent to the embassy. Anytime after they will stamp it

I got an e-mail on 10th of July ....went on 11th....just called the hospital to find out whether it has been submitted to the embassy....its done...ive seen on this forum that some ppl have got their visa about 15 days after the medical ....i hope i get some good news soon ...

guys I don't think that the strike is creating a problem. I believe that if the documents are acc. to the checklist then maximum wait is of 2 weeks.
