I got my AOR from CIO sydney few days back. It took 83 days and my DD encashed 2 months before so dont worry this is normal these days. CHC london will not reply in this scenario.

canada1234, as it states on the left in your signature your App. Filed.......: feb.09, 2010 and Doc's Request.: march 03, 2010. It is not obvious where is there two months time lag and 83 days taken?

So far as I know that even DD is encashed however it take some extra time frame to send email in comparison with the CC encashed procedure.
Try to check you junk email everyday or add the FSW email id in your contact address as well try to check your spam folder setting option.

Relax, you will get it eventually. Just keep checking your inbox regularly and try sending in an inquiry email once every 8-10 days.
