No decision for Visitor Visa submitted on Nov 2020 - Non essential travel

idk... some people reapllied after 7 sept but they're waiting too... i send many mail to visa office. they auto repllied everytime " Your file is in queue for processing " idk what will we do?

Than no use... any idea if we have to pay all again if we reapply?

We applied March, 2021, biometric in August to meet daughter and son in law. Sent E-mail to Delhi as well as raised web form, but no positive response, only generic reply
