No decision at the end of hearing means i will get rejection letter in my mail?

You will receive a written notice one week after the hearing. You won't get an email, not even your lawyer. In fact, don't worry, if you have enough grounds for asylum, your lawyer provides enough evidence, you can pass.
No decision does not mean rejection or approval. You just have to wait for the written NOD
It can take some few weeks (3-4) for you to receive the written decision by Mail. But your lawyer can now the decision just a few days before you receive it in mail if he access the IRB portal. Don’t worry I was in the same position as yours don’t be afraid. I didn’t receive an oral decision and I was worried. But thankfully I got a positive written decision a month after my hearing through mail. Don’t get upset or stress yourself be patient and hope everything will turn out fine.
I was in the same situation. My decision was rendered and finalized 3 weeks after the hearing day. So it is a waiting game. I remember I even called IRB and they could see the decision 1 week after the hearing but would NOT tell me! I waited until my lawyer received electronic mail and congratulated me. So do not worry. If you did well and have enough grounds you will get a positive decision.
It can take a few weeks to many months to hear about the results of your hearing not a week.
