No decision after biometrics correspondence

Medical passed on 9th September
Biometric correspondence letter on 17th September

No decision till now ?

So how do I get to know will i going to be approved or refused ?

As i have heard result of approved or refused come together along with biometric correspondence letter.

So when my decision will be out any idea to anyone?
