No current job. Applying under CEC category

I have got ITA applying under CEC category. I have 2 years work experience and qualified to apply under CEC. I got laid off recently from my job after I got my ITA. Will it affect my profile if I apply since I dont have a current job? Any inputs appreciated.

It will not have any influence on your ITA (assuming you haven't received 600 points for job offer).

If you have claimed 600 points for your permanent Canadian job then there will be a problem.

If you have not claimed 600 points then technically your application shouldn't have any effect due to the loss of your current job.

To be on a safe side, if possible try to show POF corresponding to FSW. Then you will not have any problem with your application.

My overall score is 466 and I claimed 46 for my Canadian work experience. I am not sure I can show that much POF corresponding to FSW. Thanks for your suggestion.

If your ITA was under CEC, you don't have to show proof of funds
