no conformation msg from cic, but passport dispatched

I didn't get conformation message from cic. Is that an indication of rejection of visa.My passport dispatched on 05/12/2016.

Yes it is most likely rejected, but dont lose hope. There have been few cases where the cic did not send the letter/message or it arrived late. Check your passport when it arrives to know for sure.
