No confirmation page nor email

Hi everyone,

I need help with my online application. I have filled out all forms, uploaded all documents, sign and payed fees for my visitor visa. When my transaction was approved I had only two options: to print page or to return to CIC Online Service. I have printed my receipt and returned to MyCIC. There I was asked if I want to exit my account. I never saw a confirmation page nor received an confirmation email. Its been more then two days. When I log in to MyCIC account it still show my application as not submitted. I am confused, cause it clearly states that once the fee is paid application will be submitted automatically. I am really worried because I am not sure if I have done something wrong and if my application was submitted at all.

Please, help me if you had same experience or if you know the answer to my problem.

Can someone please share their experience. What happend when fee was processed? Where did the service lead you?

That is exactly how it is supposed to work.

There are two options in the main myCIC page:
- Continue my application, not yet submitted
- View my submitted applications

If your application still shows in "not yet submitted" then try to resubmit it. If you can't or ask for the payment again then you'll have to contact CIC and send your receipt as proof of payment.
Check whether you can still submit the application, if not then it has been sent to the system but not submitted (confusing, but yes). Also check if it appears under filed

Thank you Jalex, you've been really helpful.

I have send an email to CIC with my receipt and I'll wait couple of days for their response, otherwise I will call them.

I cannot resubmit my application, because it is asking me to pay again, which I will do if I don't get response soon, and latter ask for the refund of my first payment.
