No completion date given , so what to fill on gckey ?

One of my frnd applied , for undergraduation at uni of fraser velley. We are trying to link online, but we couldnt because date of completion is not mentioned on offer letter !
So please someone help us.

In acceptance letter there will be expected graduation month. To link application we need enter month end date.

For example if your expected graduation month is jan 2019, we need to enter 31-01-19 to link your offline application.

I hope you understand now.
