Hi, I had my oath taking ceremony scheduled for June 27, 2023. However, due to personal circumstances, I had to travel outside Canada and therefore I had to postpone my oath taking ceremony. I returned to Canada on July 30, 2023 and submitted my proof of travel and back to Canada to IRCC. However, it’s been almost 2 months and I have not heard back for my new date for oath taking ceremony. How can I contact them to request for new date?

I did but they provided a very generic response. I have sent multiple emails to the office that invited me for the oath taking ceremony, but haven’t received any response yet.
There are people in the forum waiting since 6 month for reschedule. It takes time. Nothing much you can do then what you already doing(Call IRCC, email, webform). If you already breached 18 months processing ETA, take help of your MP office.
