No citizenship certificate after virtual oath

Please update here; We attended the oath ceremony today with Niagara office. We are UP applicants and I am afraid there is still more waiting6 weeks, still no update
I have sent another email to them today, hopefully I can get a response this time. This is my third email to them.

Hey, I see that you did your oath 7 days before me, did you ever got your oath? Or are you still waiting
If you are asking about the certificate then No. I am still waiting for the certificate and the application is In Progress
can we recieve Citizenship certificate after oath out side Canada and can apply for passport from Canadaian embassy outside for first time
Passport can be applied any where in the world, even if its your first. I am not sure about receiving certificate outside Canada.
