cic is not gonna pick CEC applications

pnp has 8-10 months processing time

LMO employers are not willing to apply for LMO as this is a big headache

it looks like CIC is doing all this intentionally

Only 2 draws have been held so far. It's a little early to jump to that kind of massive conclusion.
 
second @scylla. All the emotion is simply because all people without LMIA based job offers won't be top priority for CIC. But their turns will come eventually.
 
They will be at the bottom of the list but the applications will still be reviewed.
 
yeah, we've been talking about this situation since the 1st draw, did you sign the petition?
 
Most unlucky people were whose workpermit got expire in month of dec 2014 to feb 2015 and that includes me, my workpermit gor expire in dec 2014 :(

What happen after work permit expire? R u still in canada? Can u apply for EE?

I applied for cec in dec 2014, application got returned as cap was reached. So i hav to b in canada and maintain status, so i thought only option was to take studies back, i know i will not get postgraduate workpermit but if u have status and u r eleigible for cec, u cant take chance to leave canada bcoz once u r out it wil b difficult to get in. I just want to try my best, than to if things dont work. I will accept the reality and will leave.

That is a more genuine problem than just the delay caused to PGWP applicants i.e. a PGWP holder who has to wait till ITA is issued to him as hopefully score will come down and meanwhile his permit expires. I really hope CIC realizes this soon and at least come up with a solution e.g. issuing BOWP etc.
 
Can anyone tell that how much time province take for nomination?

I will for the express entry through nomination. I am on PGWP in SK

Question is not relevant to post but I will be thankful if any one highlighted.

Candadian Education: 98

Canadian Work EXper: 40

my ielts score is

R : 5

L : 6.5

W: 5.5

S : 6

looks like i will not even crosse 280 points

I will be the worst applicant in pool

To apply SK pnp to must have 1 year experince in O,A,B or C category job

there is a 7-8 months processing time after you apply

toronto_wintwr : I'd rather suggest you to work on your English and re apply for IELTS. you might get lucky the next time. Language is the most important thing in EE Human Capital where you can control it. ( age you can't change!)
