NO CHANGE IN APPLICATION STATUS

My attorney and i both emailed CPP Ottawa many times. Never got any replies so far. I plan to order the other GCMS notes in August. The point that i don't get is how come my case being stuck after medicals and RPRF request.

thats another issue with the cic no one knows whats happening may be the VO who is dealing your case might not have followed proper procedure there are few cases like these where no one know whats happening with the application and the customer service is very very bad

the other reason is the attrition rate is very high with the visa officers so not sure whats happening with cases what they are dealing with when they leave as there are already 100 od pending cases
do you know anyone who is going through the same issue

I've only heared people waiting very long before medical request, as their cases were under review by the officer. Never heared anyone yet waiting long time after medical request. Hope this will not happen on your case. Best wishes!

and why dont you consult a different lawyer and see what they can do , coz after 13 months they have to get back to you for sure

My application was submited from Toronto. After the AOR came, I went back to Beijing for a new job. I am still in China now and my medical was filed from the doctor in Beijing. Do you think the long stay in China is the reason for the delay after medicals, as they need to do security check?

did you update your address, and medical will be valid only for one year
you have to get them done again if it exeeds 1 yr

The status changed before i submitting the form.

that totally depends on how long the VO takes to process usuall it takes 30 days
