If you have applied for the visa before you are not required to give biometric again.

I never had to give my biometric before as I come from biometric exempt country. I'm required to do so now.

No im from Srilanka,this is my first attempt i didn't get the biometric invitation letter,without that letter I can't make an appointment in vfs

If you already applied I think your biometric should be done at either VAC or ASC?
