No attached document

I got a mail from immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (Ghana visa office) about the status of my application with a suppose attachment But three was no attached document with the mail sent. I was advised to inform them thorough a link which unfortunately did not opened.

Can you please advise me on what to do??

@Wilsure pls were you able to get the document.. I am in a similar situation asked to go for medical, but they didn't attach the medical form.
