NO APPROVAL MAIL , GOT DISPATCHED MAIL AND MSG

PLEASE HELP ! I got Email & msg Of Passport Dispatched On 18tH Nov but now its 19th and i got Nothing Like approval Mail ? Is it Rejection? Please guys Tell me is it Imp to get approval mail because some people are saying this is imp some are getting visas without any confirmation ? Please share your Thoughts I m so Worried this is My second Time

Did you follow these steps? Apparently it does ask for a reference code when linking application , it did ask for my application but I applied online.

I did my account has been created now what ?? They asking for refrence no to track
