No AOR for Dependent child PR (Paper based) while in Canada

Hi All,
I applied Paper based Dependent child PR Sponsorship for my 10 months old infant. I am currently in Canada and my infant will be coming on Sep 2nd on TRV. My file reached Nova Scotia on 19th July and its been more than a month now and there is no update on AOR(Application No). Anyone in the same boat or with past experience. What can we do in this case?

This is fairly typical. AORs ca take a few months.

My husband submitted for our 8 month old son on 24th June 2021. Still no AOR. At present the average time for AOR is between 50-60 days from what I see on the spousal application tracker. it can be fairly similar for child dependents too since it's all arriving at one place and possible getting piled in the same corner.

His TRV is under process from the UAE. Can you please share you child's TRV timeline?

Hi,

Me and my wife both are PR of Canada. We had our baby last year in India as we were stuck due to COVID. We already applied PR Sponsorship for our baby and got Application number. Currently my child is in Canada on a TRV. Are we eligible to get child care benefit?

Any one in same situation can help. What documents need to submit as a proof of Birth along with RCH66SCH form.
