NO AOR but linked GCKey

Hi folks. I have a kind of a confusing situation. I submitted outland spouse app on Oct 2. Did not get AOR email , but tracker updated on Dec 8 to show app as In progress instead of received. Got app number and PA UCI and full details added to the tracker. PA tracker shows all stages as not started but biometrics show received from another app. I was able to link to GCKey same day. I called the automated IRCC center and could found the app in the sys with all updates reflected in the GCKey account. The status in the GCKey changed to " We are now reviewing your eligibility " I am still not sure that I got AOR...

Any advice or suggestions? Thanks

I wouldn't let it add to your stress level. It's obvious that your application has been received and, unlike an Inland applicant that needs the AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) if they wish to apply for an Open Work Permit, you do not because Outland applicants are not eligible for the OWP.
