its been around 5 months since i've applied for FSWP but i have no t received any feedback from them. I have contacted the bank to check if they have cashed my draft or not. the bank informed me that my draft had been cashed by them.
does this normally take this long.???

If they have cashed that means the documents you send were complete , now its about looking at your points. If you claiming points from relatives etc , then verification will take more time as usual.

terrible days!!!

actually it was a mistake from the staff of bank saying that my payment was already encashed. i got an email from the bank today stating that my draft has expired now and i need to return that draft to the bank so that i will get my money back. i dont know what to do. i have not heard anything from them.

could anybody tell me how to contact CIO in this matter. either by phone or email

i dont have any reference number too. how do i ask them about my application?
