Hi all,

I have applied under FWS 2014. My application (includes all documents and forms) has been received at 14 Nov 2014 by Sydney office. However, I have not received any result or email yet. What does it mean? It is too late, isn't it? I planned to call them, but I found that the agents can not say anything about the status of files or something like that. Is "Waiting" the only way now? What do you suggest?

In addition, I suppose to get a bank notification before the CIO email. Is it true?

CIC actually doesn't like to be disturbed earlier than 6 months from you application date, but your timeline is getting close to that date so there's no harm in trying.
Contact them by regular phone call, this would be the fastest way to check your status (if your application has been already opened)

Is your payment charged? If so then you should contact CIC asap or hv a look at spread sheet to confirm the NOC cap for your application.

My main concern is that my payment has not charged yet. Should I do anything? Or it might be a natural progress??

Very sorry to say that your occupation NOC 2132 may have been capped in early October as I have read on this forum.
