No additional points received

I created my EE profile today and was not awarded additional points (I have studied full time for 2 year program from a public college). I believe I should get 15 extra points as per the new rules that came on 19th November?

Anybody else having the same issue?

yes, I didn't receive 30 points for my master's degree either..

You say you 'studied for 2 years' but did you earn a degree/diploma? You won't get the points unless you complete the program.

I am working full time now. I completed my 2 years certificate last year and created my EE profile yesterday and have put all the details. But I didnt get 15 points which I should get.

I dont know what to do here..

Yes, I did earn my certificate . Didnt get any points? I confirm all the details in EE profile are correct.
