Hi, I got my AOR on 9th March and since then there has been no activity on my profile.

- No update on medicals
- No update on BG
- 'Review of submitted documents' went from 'No additional documents needed at this time' to just a blank space since April 07, 2016.

Several others who received AOR in March 2016 have had a lot of progress and this just gets me worried about mine.

I have requested for GCMS notes on 12th April and am hoping to receive it by the end of April (going by the timeline of several others who got in approx. 18 days) Although I'm skeptical of that timeline too since none of the established timelines are applying to the progress of my profile.

Any insights?
 
Very normal for FSW Applicants (especially FSW Inland). Just look at my 'status'. No movement since 24 February.
 
Well I hope so. I don't have any updates since AOR. At least you have your Medicals updated. What else can I say, just have to hang in there

This is quite normal, there had been cases where medicals were passed after 2-3 months after AOR. Looking at the trend from thread of Nov-Dec. the background gets updated at later period, rather than upfront, so you should expect your background to change during 3.5-4 months period. Have faith and stay positive, all the best

My medicals passed 1 week before I received my PPR.

I think your R10 check was completed on April 7.
I wonder why your medical has not been completed yet. Was it e-medical?

I did upfront medicals, about 20 days before AOR.

Hi all,
After 4.5 months yesterday i got a ghost mail saying that my account is updated. As usual theres nothing when i checked my CIC. Im FSW Outland applicant and my timeline is below.
AOR - Nov 20
Medical passed - Nov 26
Background check changed to "not started" from "not needed this time" - Nov 30
Any idea guys???? I hope this is a good sign (ghost mail) after long wait :-[

It means that someone in CIC has started working on your application. If there are any missing requirements, you should get a message in your MyCIC account at this point.
I got the ghost email few days before my bg check started.
 
Update:

I had reported a 'Technical Problem' to IRCC as my 'review of submitted documents' status had gone blank. Received the following reply yesterday

"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We have verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application is in process.

If further information is needed, the responsible office will contact you."
 
Hello,
I got my GCMS notes on 4th and it says my file is transferred to Ottawa due to Workload (re)-distribution. And my file was untouched from 28/11/2015.
R10,PCC,ECA,IELTS,CRS all ok. However there is no update experience verification and criminality security. In two weeks im completing my 6 month mark and they haven't touched my file in 5 months +.

And my timeline is,
FSW Outland with spouse (Sri Lanka)
AOR - Nov 20
Medical Passed - Nov 26
Background check - Not needed this time Nov - 20 to Nov 28
Background check - Not started Nov 28
Final decision - Not started
GCMS - Apr 3
Ghost mail - Apr 19

But the funny thing is GCMS says that my last update is Nov 28th and i got a ghost mail on Apr 19. Strange
Any idea?

Wow, I don't know what to say. No update for 5+ months.

Well at least you got GCMS notes. I ordered once on April 12, 2016 and again on April 23, 2016. I haven't received either of them.

I hope you get better news soon.

I had ordered GCMS notes on April 12, 2016. Received them yesterday on May 11, 2016.

The report was dated April 12, 2016. Since it was ordered only a month after my AOR (9th March 2016) there isn't much progress.
