NO acknowledgement

hi all,

i had applied under FSW category for civil engineer 2013-14. my application was received on 8th sept, 2013 but till date i have not received any acknowledgement or my packet back. i dont know how to contact CIC NOva scotia.

From the cases I have heard of, 6-8 months is normal.

The last forum member here in NOC 2131 (Civil engineers) to report fee charge filed his application on to CIO on 6th September 2013. His fee was charged on 27 November 2013. The normal time between reception of file at CIO and fee charge is 2 to 3 months.

You should immediately raise an enquiry to CIO at the following email address:

CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca (without spaces)

The subject should be: "Federal skilled worker/FSW 2013 - NOC 2131 Application Enquiry". Following is a template for you:

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to request information regarding status of my application to FSW 2013 under NOC 2131 - Civil Engineers. Following are the details regarding my application:

Application received at CIO : Day, date at Time hrs. (as per courier service proof of delivery document)
