No acknowledgement from CIC Canada - Over 2 months?

Hi, My application was received the same day like yours and I checked online with the UCI and every time it gives me the same message (no information)! Yesterday night I tried with the receipt no. and for my surprise I found AOR since February 2nd!
I did not receive email or mail yet!

Just checked with the receipt number; No luck unfortunately. Parents talked to an immigration officer yesterday and they are escalating the issue because it is not even in their system yet and it was a request for Urgent Processing. Most likely what has happened is that they have not even opened the folder yet.
