No A36 concerns evident: Criminality decision passed PA+

I am trying to find the exact reason for delay in the processing of my PR application.
I have applied in the CEC in June...yet the standard processing time of 6 months have passed.

I have the following status shown at my application page

We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Latest update:
Review of medical results - October 25, 2019:You passed the medical exam.
Your application is taking us longer than usual to process.
About 20% of our applications are more complex to process. They take us longer due to things like how easily we can verify information, how well and how quickly you answer our requests and whether the application is complete.

Other than that...I have also received my GCMS notes (Link https://drive.google.com/open?id=1jMJAcA4tuDBlN7pYzvoLR5ldkkkvZFWM)
This indicates that the criminality decision has been passed.

I remember that due to circumstances, there were several follow up documents that I provided (which might have contributed to the delay)....the IRCC web forum is also not helping much.

Can anyone see based on my GCMS notes that were exactly might the delay be?
Also, would anyone suggest when would be a suitable time to reach out to the MP for assistance?

If you had to provide additional documents, normal processing times no longer apply, so that is likely what it is.

Now a days, the average processing time is 6-9 months. So sit back and relax.
