NNAS and NCLEX for study as well?

Hi,
i have 2 queries:
1. I have done Bsc hons in Nursing From India , have got PR for canada as well. i have admin exp in last 4 years and nursing exp only for 6 month that to in 2015 can i apply for CNO??? or they wont consider me since m not practising nursing. But m holding a nursing licence which will expire in 2021.
2. If i want to do some PG course in nursing do i require NNAS assessment or NCLEX after i finish up my course in that case too??

I would suggest get enrolled in some nursing courses and then you will have better options

if you do nursing courses then you dont need any assessment
