If you have a Post-Graduate Work Permit, you must apply under the International Graduate Category. You can't apply for Skilled Worker category.Dennia said:If you don't mind can u say me wht is ur NOC code and in which part of NL u reside.
As far as I know, your employer should have searched for a candidate atleast fr 6months and finally hired u based on ur qualifications (this is their basic requirement),if not ur employer shld satisfy NLPNP stating that u r too good at ur job and they really need u. They also take into account ur designation and ur pay rate in some cases (fr some jobs its easy to get a Canadian, and some not so easy, especially to NL).
I am eligible fr both International Graduate and Skilled Worker. I applied under International Graduate, which one did u choose ?
U don't need to worry about PR. U r over qualified in any case. I think, its just a matter of time.Dennia said:I did see tht buddy. I applied under International Grad category.
But based on the requirements tht they were looking for I satisfied both the stream (except for tht 1 clause u mentioned). Moreover, there is no fee for International Grad category.
Even with EE I qualify for FSW & CEC @ 452 points. I will make 510 by 01st Jan 2016 (2yrs complete). So whichever comes in first I will go for that.Personally, I would like to wait for PNP
Rasel, R u a candidate residing in NL and did U apply fr NLPNP ? If so, I m really intrested in knowing ur application status and help each other with our PNP as required
Thanks bro. I am doing Master's in Computer Science. If possible let me know you email address by PM me. So then, it will be easier to knock u, when I will process my papers.Dennia said:Wht is ur major @ MUN? If I can know ur majors,I will keep u posted of any job openings in St.John's.
Don't worry too much with EE,the process is just a new startup. I believe things will turn around soon
If u need any help with doing PNP or EE papers, I m willing to share my knowledge
