hi My employer next week going to apply endorsement and designation in NL. Already they job posted 4 months in the job bank. if they apply next week how long it will take for that.

my employer is not in designated list but my consultant saying employer wants to apply endorsement then work permit (exempt lmia)is that possible to apply without designated or will apply together my noc 7231
