Nikah Only Express Entry Case

I am applying through Federal Skill Workers Program. I and my wife got married in April 2018 (Nikah Only with a function) I came back to USA a week after the Nikah. My wife was supposed to move with me but she couldn't because her visa was refused to the USA. Now I am filing for Canada PR.

My question is what address should be written for her. She hasn't formally moved to my house. If we show her as living in her parent's house, will it raise a red flag on our marriage?

If we put my family house in Pakistan as her address, how can we justify her being there while I am in USA.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

No need to sweat on this. It’s perfectly ok for her to stay at her parents home. U can even mentioned her parents home address which means u don’t even need to have her cnic and passport changed.

Just get the certified translated copy of your nikahnama and nadra marriage certificate

Thanks. Here is a problem though, her SNIC was changed after marriage which means she has her present address as my family home in Pakistan. But she hasn't lived there so she does not have any address history there in the application. Now one thing we can do is to not provide her SNIC, instead provide the Passport. All other docs have her address as her parent's home address. How important is the SNIC to provide if you are already providing Passport?

P.s if we do have to provide the SNIC, should it be translated as well? The SNIC has everything in English apart from the address

you won't need to give CNIC details in the application. Although the issue will crop up when you go to make the Police certificate. PCC is usually made on permanent address and then you can have other PCCs for different permanent addresses. I would advise to just keep it simple if you can. She is just living with her parents for now and will move in with you once she gets approved. After all you will have to mention on her application that she got rejected for US visa. So just go with one address. It should be fine.

Thanks, PCC is already there for her parents' address. The only issue is the SNIC. No other documents have my parents' house address. So it is okay not to provide SNIC, instead provide the passport. Right?

What is SNIC? Is that CNIC? Yes, you will have an option to provide National Identification number or Passport. Just provide passport.
