I was informed that new changes post 10th april are
1. IELTS report card can be included during 1st application
>> If this is being mnetioned in teh Checklist then please send IELTS Scorecalong with it. Earlier it was required whiel sending docs to CHC.
2. Acceptance of Fixed asset as POF with intension to sell and generate CAD$12000 for entry.
>> I was told by everybody that CHC New Delhi do not accept Property and I was not having funds in my a/c. I sent inquiry to CHc and asked them if I can show Property as Funds at this time. They accepted and sent reply that Property evaluation from CA can be done and can be shown as Funds.
So accordingly if they have already mentioned that Property can be shown then its well and good. Do Property evaluation from CA and then send the same.
