Congratulations! I sent them mail this morning no response. No decision made no pick up mail. Please does anyone know what could cause this delay. Our passports were received on Dec 3rd. I am realy nervious I don't know what to do again. Should I raise CSE?

Congratulations on your pick up mail. I am happy for but my happiness would have been complete if I have received mine too. Please does anyone know what could cause the dalay in our Decision made and pick up. I have sent an e-mai and raised CSE yesterday but my e-cas is still in process. It seems strange to me. Does anyone know who has had such case and how it was resolved. I need your suggestions and please rember me in your prayers trial period. This really need Divine intervetion I can't seem to understand it. Do AVO do background check after passports submission? God please help. Our passports were delivered December 3rd 2013.
