A cover letter stating that there is no change in your family composition is just fine. I will say for reason of presentation, just type it out, looks better.

Yes thanks. Pls this IMM8 form, can't seem to locate it , should I just write a cover note stating that there has been no change in our family composition? And should the note be handwritten or typed?

The IMM form is same as the IMM0008 generic form.
You may choose to re-fill it and you may choose not to re-fill it.
Refilling the form doesn't really cost you anything other than about 10 mins to fill and print it out.
Even if nothing has changed in your family composition,some members of the family now have UCI number as against only the principal applicants at the PER stage so it wont hurt to use this UCI numbers to fill in their details on the form....my personal opinion and how I did mine.
Like I said,you can always decide not to include it...its your decision.
I love typing such cover letters out....it makes them neat,presentable and more official.

Pickup arragement is not as easy as I thought. You will need to send an email with an authorization letter (frm u to AVO) authorizing DHL to pickup and also the pickup mail sent to u.

The impression I got b4 was dat u only needed the pick up mail. Also the authorisation letter must include the details of passports to be picked up.

Not that the process is hard, but wld have been nice to know what was exactly needed b4 going.
