Some quick questions Jibaba.
Has your sister scored 6.0 and above in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing on her IELTS?
Also, has your sister had her credential evaluation sent to her? If she hasnt done this then i'm afraid she may not have enough time to get it done before the December 31 deadline.
If she has it, then we will all be willing to help collectively because its imperative she sends her application in before the commencement of Express Entry.

It's such a set back waiting on my agent to send our correspondence from accra being that there is a 6 hr difference btw countries.
Well, in all I give God the glory, we got our PPR mail from my agent. AVO sent the mail by 10:33am on the 2nd December 2014
