Hello seniors and those that have received Passport Requests. Please who should our packages be addressed to? The Immigration Officer that issued MR; AB in my case, or the Immigration Section that issued Passport Request; Immigration Section KAS in my case.

Secondly did all seniors send updated form IMM8. They didn't request for it and i also don't intend sending it since I have remained single the entire process. I just intend to notify them in my cover letter that there has been no change.

Congrats Nanonye. As for me, I addressed the envelope just to the Immigration section and the rest of the address. I didn't add the VO's initials. 2. I didn't fill the IMM08 form. I just wrote a cover note with my file number that my family composition has not changed.

As already told,no need of addressing it to any immigration officer or section.Just the address at the back of your envelope is enough .
While sending my documents to Accra visa office,i never addressed it to any immigration officer.....i used only the address.
We should all know that Accra visa office is a close circuit of technically gifted immigration staff just like their counterparts in other parts of the world .With only your birth date,your package will be routed to the right section/officer even if it was on a wrong table ....so just relax and address to the immigration office address.
On the famous generic form,since it was not mentioned for you in the first place probably because of your single status,no need of filling it.
The cover letter is also a good way to buy yourself out of the trap.

I have always attention the VO for all my docs request to AVO.
Whether they are technically sound or not, mere attentioning makes it treated faster.

If your status did not change throughout the entire process, form IMM8 is optional. In my case I did not include it because nothing has changed.
