IMM8 form in the language of Accra refers to the ''Additional Family Information form IMM5406''.

Congrats. I think that is the standard letter format from AVO irrespective of your status. So do not fret. Just submit PCC for yourself, POF for you and other additional docs requested for.

How many days were you given by AB to submit your additional docs. 30 or 60 days?

Fill the one that concerns you as a single applicant.
Please supply the details of your VISA officer and any other info.
