1.We received your application for permanent residence on January 22, 2014.

2.Medical results have been received.

I did my medicals on the 16th (last Thursday) at Asaju medical centre. Pretty fast

Please find below an extract from the email sent...

- Medical examination for the entire family. Medical forms will be sent to you via email tomorrow.
- Police clearance certificates for you and your spouse.
- Right of Permanent Residence Fee for you and your spouse.
- Updated IMM 5406- Additional Family Information for you and your spouse.
- Updated IMM 5669- Schedule A for you and your spouse listing all personal and address history from the age of 18.

Congrats house, loads of updates!!! God will favour all of us in his name, being a little sick so i have being out for somedays... My agent is sending the docs necessary for adding my spouse this Saturday to Accra, judging by activities on the spreadsheet i'm impatient, don't know how this can affect MR or what if MR drops before it gets there? i know your little "don't be worry" will do a lot of calm.

Yep...no issues at all....sent all the evidence with a letter. It's always good to be proactive and send everything before they ask for it......
One more thing, could anyone describe the full name of IMM8.....WHICH FORM IS IT?.....THANKS

He should send an email to accraimmigration@international.gc.ca, explaining the situation. He should indicate both the old and new email addy as well as other details such as full name, cid number, file number, noc application and per date etc.
