@ Kollins. I noticed that you are yet to correct the mistake made by placing V,O initials on visa issued column instead of V.O initials. Also my V.O is RK and not AB. This mistake applies to me, oreke and fatenny.

Thanks and Cheers

Thank you all for the congratulatory messages. Abeg, don't mind me.... the UCI and application numbers are just some old pranks. They were edited before posting.

It's one of the documents that I need to submit now. It usually takes a fairly long time to process and I've been given 30 days to submit everything. You will need it if you have stayed in the US for more than 6 months after the age of 18.

Amen and amen. Which of the clinics did you use and how was the experience?

We did our Medicals at Prime Medical Consultants in Port Harcourt. It was good but be prepared to dedicate the whole day for your medicals i.e. It is best to free that day from other appointments, in order not to feel frustrated with the process. Cheers!

I do not know if this has been shared before, but for those of us who are interested in knowing what goes on behind the scenes during our immigration medical exams, kindly look at the hand book in the link below.

Chapter 4 discusses the examination process and it is really informative. Cheers!
